Dao Xiao Mian Yuan is a specialty store of sword grinding noodle. The peculiarity of Xi'an cuisine is MALA (numb spicy) which used red pepper, Japanese pepper and spicy oil.
MA means numb. LA means spiciness which like tongue is stabbed. Because of this kind of spiciness and peculiarity, so many customs come to our restaurant.
Sword grinding noodle is one of Chinese four noodles. LAMIAN means noodle pulled by hand and extended. Dao Xiao Mian means noodle grinded by sword. It is able to see the appearance that the noodle workman is cutting down one by one in the store.
Please enjoy the noodle flies over the sky into a big KAMA (pot). The shape of noodle is like UDON and KISHIMEN, and we prepared spicy soup and not spicy soup for you.
